PAMSC x Hock Seng Lee x Next Phase

This competition is organised by Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia Sarawak Chapter (PAMSC). Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia is the national professional institute representing architects in the country.

Hock Seng Lee (HSL) is a multi-disciplinary construction firm. It has over 40 years experience, from earthworks to bridge building and advanced tunnelling works.

Next Phase is a new property developer that aims to be designer-led. A family-owned business, Next Phase's emphasis is on affordability and innovation.
